Click the link below to visit the 'Brighter Futures for Children' page where you will need to fill out a form to receive your unique HAF code. Your child must be eligible for pupil premium free school meals to obtain this code.

Children who qualify for the Holiday Activity Fund will have their sessions funded at uSports Holiday Clubs by the Department of Education. If you want to learn more about the Holiday Activity Fund and to see if you are eligible please visit Brighter Futures for Children’s website (Children’s social care, child welfare, looked after children and children in care ( or email Reading’s Holiday Activity Fund Coordinator Ciaran Delaney:

If your child is not eligible for pupil premium free school meals, you can still book onto the camp but must choose the paid camp option. Your child must bring their own packed lunch but all of the activities will be the same as those with a HAF code. The price is £19 per day.

You can select as many available dates as you wish. You can also add in more dates in the future if there are still spaces available but keep in mind that the camp is likely to fill up!

Children will be placed into age related groups on the day of the camp. Siblings can either join their respective age groups or can stay together.

Fill Out Registration Questions

You will need to add your child onto your account. Please make sure to fill out all of the registration questions, particularly your HAF code (if you are paying for your space please ignore this question), food choice and any dietary requirements.

All children will have the choice of meat or veggie lunch options which will be applied to the whole of the summer. If there is a particular meal which you know your child may not eat or would need to swap for any dietary reasons, please email us on and we will be able to sort this for you.

Our Multi-Sports camp will include a wide range of sports, games and activities. The aim of our camp is to provide your child with as many opportunities as possible to get inspired by sport and to encourage them to lead a healthy lifestyle. We will also be promoting healthy eating throughout our camp and you can be sure to find lots of fun educational games included throughout the day.

This camp is for children currently attending primary school from Foundation to Year 6.

The holiday camp is free for children who are eligible for free school meals. Other children can also join by clicking the paid camp option.

Virtual Workshops

As a part of the HAF programme we will invite you as parents to join our healthy living workshops run virtually by our uSports coaches as well as other guest speakers. These sessions will run once a week and while they are optional to attend, we think they are a great way for you to get connected with the local community while learning some great healthy lifestyle tips!

When you book your child onto our camp, you will then receive weekly updates on our virtual workshops including joining instructions.

What We Do

uSports specialises in school sports coaching, including PPA cover and active lunchtime clubs. We also operate holiday clubs in Reading and the surrounding areas, focusing primarily on football camps. Alongside our school sports coaching and holiday camps we also offer nursery sessions, toddler classes and football coaching sessions.

Where We Work

uSports is based in Woodley, Reading. We offer school sports coaching and holiday camps across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Areas covered include Reading, Maidenhead, High Wycombe, Bracknell, Windsor and Wokingham.

We continue to operate with safety measures in place. 'Bubbles' are no longer required. We will operate separate groups where possible to reduce interactions. From 16th August children will not have to isolate if they are a close contact. There are no limits on numbers so we will determine numbers based on venue capacity.
