Who Is It For?
Boys and Girls
4.5 - 12 Years Old
This camp is for children currently attending primary school from Foundation to Year 7.
The holiday camp is free for children who are eligible for pupil premium free school meals. Other children can also join by booking onto the paid option.
HOW TO BOOK
1 Get Your FUEL Code
If you are eligible for pupil premium free school meals in the Windsor and Maidenhead area then you should have received a code from 'Achieving for Children'. If you think you may be eligible but do not have a code, get in touch via the website below.
No FUEL Code?
2 Book Your Space
No HAF Code?
Some families may also have been contacted by Achieving For Children if their children may benefit from attending the camp. If this is the case for you, you will have been provided with a different code and should input this when our registration questions ask for your Fuel code.
If your child is not eligible for pupil premium free school meals, you can still book onto the camp but must choose the paid camp option. Your child must bring their own packed lunch but all of the activities will be the same as those with a HAF code. The price is £19.50 per day.
You can select as many available dates as you wish. You can also add in more dates in the future if there are still spaces available but keep in mind that the camp is likely to fill up!
Children will be placed into age related groups on the day of the camp. Siblings can either join their respective age groups or can stay together.
3 Fill Out Registration Questions
You will need to add your child onto your account. Please make sure to fill out all of the registration questions, particularly your food choice and any dietary requirements. Please ignore the HAF code question, this applies only to parents booked onto the Reading Borough Council camps.
All children will have the choice of meat or veggie lunch options which will be applied to the whole of the booking. If there is a particular meal which you know your child may not eat or would need to swap for any dietary reasons, please email us on email@example.com and we will be able to sort this for you.
As a part of the HAF programme we will invite you as parents to join our healthy living workshops run virtually by our uSports coaches as well as other guest speakers. These sessions will run once a week and while they are optional to attend, we think they are a great way for you to get connected with the local community while learning some great healthy lifestyle tips!
When you book your child onto our camp, you will then receive weekly updates on our virtual workshops including joining instructions.
