HOW CAN I CLAIM MY FREE SPACE FOR SUMMER?
If your child receives pupil premium free school meals you will follow the steps below:
NOTE: Funding For Summer HAF Spaces Is Not Yet Confirmed
You will not be able to book a free space until this funding has been confirmed. If this funding is confirmed, the relevant booking forms will be added to this section of the website. The funding is not guaranteed but we hope to offer free spaces over the summer holidays.

Follow the steps below or click this button for a step by step guide showing you how to get your HAF code and book onto the camp:

1 Get Your HAF Code

Click the link below to visit the 'Brighter Futures for Children' page where you will need to fill out a form to receive your unique HAF code. Your child must be eligible for pupil premium free school meals to obtain this code.

No HAF Code?

Children who qualify for the Holiday Activity Fund will have their sessions funded at uSports Holiday Clubs by the Department of Education. If you want to learn more about the Holiday Activity Fund and to see if you are eligible please visit Brighter Futures for Children’s website (Children’s social care, child welfare, looked after children and children in care (brighterfuturesforchildren.org) or email Reading’s Holiday Activity Fund Coordinator Ciaran Delaney: Ciaran.Delaney@brighterfuturesforchildren.org

If your child is not eligible for pupil premium free school meals, you can still book onto the camp but must choose the paid camp option. Your child must bring their own packed lunch but all of the activities will be the same as those with a HAF code. The price is £19 per day plus £5 if you choose the extended day option.

2 Book Your Space

You can select as many available dates as you wish. You can also add in more dates in the future if there are still spaces available but keep in mind that the camp is likely to fill up!

Children will be placed into age related groups on the day of the camp. Siblings can either join their respective age groups or can stay together.

Fill Out Registration Questions

You will need to add your child onto your account. Please make sure to fill out all of the registration questions, particularly your HAF code (if you are paying for your space please ignore this question), food choice and any dietary requirements.

All children will have the choice of meat or veggie lunch options which will be applied to the whole of the booking. If there is a particular meal which you know your child may not eat or would need to swap for any dietary reasons, please email us on info@u-sports.co.uk and we will be able to sort this for you.
