Why work for us?
Our coaches are a friendly, motivated team who have helped us to grow to nearly 200 sessions a week in just under two years. Sports coaching is a fantastic job which is so rewarding to see the progress of the young people who you support.
We provide all of our coaches with a full Nike kit plus equipment to ensure that we look professional at all times. Our aim is to continue growing and, with you as part of our team, we look to recruiting internally for future full-time roles within uSports.
Whether you are a very experienced coach or just starting out, if you have the passion to deliver good quality sports sessions, we want to provide you an opportunity.
What work is available?
With our ever growing list of educational settings, we often have work available between 3pm-4.30pm. After School Club coaches will need to be energetic, fun and comfortable working with at least 14 young people at one time. We also have many opportunities to work at Lunchtime Clubs around 12pm-1pm as well as some morning clubs.
Most of our work is in Primary Schools but we are currently expanding into Nurseries and Secondary Schools.
We are always on the lookout for coaches who are willing to deliver PE lessons during the day. Although less often than the after school club opportunities, we strongly recommend sending us your CV to keep on record for future opportunities.
