Booking is simple! You can book online via the direct links in any marketing materials or website pages which you have received or you can search via our online booking platform Enrolmy and selecting ‘See Activities’ to find camps which are available to book.
If you would like to add late pick up to some or all of the dates booked, you will need to follow the steps below:

Select the day(s) which you would like to add late pick up
You can make changes to your booking subject to our booking terms. All changes will need to be processed by the office team , please give us a call or email us to process any changes for you.

There are a few different ways to pay for your booking and all of these can be processed via the online booking platform:
Tax Free Childcare
Childcare Vouchers
Upfront card payments
Instalment payments
All payments must be completed before the first day of your activity.
Yes! When you go to the checkout for your booking you will be asked how you want to pay. You will then find the relevant codes & references for Tax Free Childcare & Childcare Vouchers.
We appreciate things come up and plans need to change! You are able to make changes to bookings with 14 days notice before the activity start date for no charge. You can also cancel sessions within this period and a refund will be processed minus 30% of the cost of the session per day cancelled. If you want to make changes with less than 14 days notice, you can take out uCover which is an add on that allows you to make these same changes with less than 14 days notice. Without uCover, changes & cancellations are not possible with less than 14 days notice.

We are unable to process any refunds or move any bookings in the case that a child needs to leave camp early due to sickness. This is also the case if you have taken out uCover protection.
uCover is an optional add-on which allows you to have more flexibility to make changes and cancellations to your bookings with less than 14 days notice (all bookings are eligible for these changes with more than 14 days notice). uCover must be selected when booking your activity and costs an additional £3 per day. uCover is available for both single day bookings and full week bookings.

Standard drop off is between 8am - 9.15am & pick up is between 5pm - 5.30pm. For an additional £5 per day you can add late pick up which will extend the day until 6pm.
Yes if you have given consent via the booking platform for them to do so. If a child who has permission to walk home on their own requests to leave before the end of the day, parents will be contacted to confirm that this is okay before they are allowed to leave site.
Yes, our camps are OFSTED registered and will meet all requirements of this registration.
Our staff are well accustomed to encouraging and supporting more nervous participants and will be on hand to welcome all children into the camp. We find that usually within a short period of time, children have settled in and will be busy getting stuck into the day. If your child is finding things difficult, the site manager will be able to give you a call to let you know and you are also welcome to ring our site managers for an update on how your child is getting on.
We are a resilient bunch and we tend to find that even on the worst weather days there are breaks in the day which allow our outdoor activities to go ahead. If the weather doesn’t allow this, we have access to indoor space and a wide range of wet weather activities on hand should we need to use them.
If you are running late for drop off, your welcome to join us as soon as you can. The site managers contact number will be accessible should the sign in desk be closed so that they can come and welcome your child. If you are running late for pick up, there is a late pick up charge of £5 for every 10 minutes which will be applied to your booking at the point of collection.
Yes, if they have the pick up pin which is on your account they will just need to give this to the site manager to collect your child. You can also let us know if there are any individuals who specifically cannot collect your child via the booking platform.
All sites have a paediatric first aider on site who will be able to help. In the case of minor injuries, an incident & accident form will be completed for you and you’ll be notified at collection. For any more significant injuries, you would always be contacted. In the case of sickness, wherever possible we will try to make your child comfortable but if we feel that they need to go home we will contact you.
If you have taken out uCover, you can either move the day or you can request a refund. If you have not taken out uCover on your booking, we unfortunately are not able to process a refund or change for you.

Lunch is not provided so please send your child in with a packed lunch, snacks and plenty of water to drink. We will have facilities on site to refill water bottles. All of our holiday camps are nut free so please do not send in any food containing nuts.
Yes, just speak to the site manager on the day to request that children are together.
For venues with a swimming pool, swimming will be available as an activity during the day and you will be able to see this on your chosen camps timetable. For outdoor swimming pools, swimming will only be available in warmer months. When swimming is available, you will need to give consent for your child to take part in swimming sessions when you make your booking.
Clothing should be comfortable and appropriate for a variety of activities including sports. Please make sure to also send your child in with weather appropriate clothing.
You will be able to share details of any medical conditions with us when you make your booking. Should we need any further information about a medical condition, our office team will be in contact.
If your child has medication which they will need to take during the day, you will need to fill in a permission to administer medication form and we can then administer this for you.
Our camps are inclusive and we welcome as many children as possible. In some cases, we may just need to ask a few questions to check that our camp will suit your child; if this is the case a member of the office team will give you a call to run through these quick questions.
