PE Mentors

We are currently seeking an experienced PE Mentor to join our team. This role will involve coaching children, teaching PE teachers how to deliver better PE lessons, and mentoring other sports coaches in the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a desire to help others develop their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Coach children in various sports, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship

• Design and deliver high-quality PE lessons to primary and secondary school students

• Teach PE teachers how to deliver better PE lessons through workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one mentoring

• Mentor other sports coaches in the business, helping them to improve their coaching skills and knowledge

• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in sports coaching and physical education, and share this knowledge with others

• Provide regular feedback to students, teachers, and coaches to help them improve their performance and reach their full potential

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants, ensuring that all activities are inclusive and accessible

• Collaborate with other members of the team to plan and coordinate sports events and competitions
