Did you know that over a third of young people are overweight?
Did you know that all young people between 6 and 17 should have at least 1 hour of physical exercise a day?
Did you know that only one in three adults participate in over 30 minutes of physical activity a day?
Young people that have a positive experience in sport and P.E in school are more likely to go on to lead a positive, active and healthy lifestyle. It is for this reason that I feel it is so important that we are able to offer high quality sports sessions which are beneficial and fun to young people. I have made it a priority for all of our coaches to be enthusiastic and to have bundles of energy when working with children.
No child should leave without having at least one high 5 from the coach.
The bond made between a sport coach and a young, budding sportsman is a special one, Children look up to their sports coaches as their role models and so we should give them every piece of energy we have!
I am extremely proud of the fantastic team of coaches I have at uSports and I look forward to mentoring and helping coaches move up on their coaching ladder. Being a new company, recruiting coaches that follow my ethos has been difficult but that is because I am so keen to make sure that every coach that works with us is capable of carrying our values through to the children and schools that we work with.

School Coaching
uSports deliver professional in school coaching across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. We currently have a number of extra-curricular clubs and P.E lessons that we deliver on a weekly basis.
Our focus for September 2018 is to be offering a unique programme which schools will be able to use alongside their P.E and Sport Funding to help teachers to deliver quality P.E Lessons. The programme is delivered in such a way that OFSTED are able to see clearly the progress each teacher has made in a clear, easy to understand charts/graphs.
Holiday Courses
With big plans for the Easter and Summer holidays we are aiming to greet over 400 different children on to our holiday courses over the next 6 months. We will be offering multi-sports and football courses across a variety of venues in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
Birthday Parties
With so many children being in uSports sessions on a weekly basis we were really keen to be a part of as many children's parties as possible. We know how stressful parties can be and with uSports you can be sure that you will have a reliable, professional and fun coach that will make your child's party one of the best parties they have ever had!
Development Centres
We are already running a successful football centre in Bracknell alongside plans for more netball and football centres to be starting in Reading in the middle of March. All of our development centres will have coaches that are specialists within that sport. The sessions will be delivered professionally with quality sessions designed to challenge children.
